I can't get any web pages or my email on my Mac. What should I do?
Make sure you are connected to the Internet and are typing the website address correctly. In almost all versions of Mac OS, applications are able to sense whether or not a connection is available and connect accordingly.
If the connection is not working, it will have to be manually established. In Mac OS 8.6 to Mac OS 9.2, this is usually done by clicking the Apple and going to "Control Panels" and then selecting "Remote Access". In Mac OS X 10.x, you may or may not have a little telephone icon by the Time, if so, click on it and click "Connect". If neither of these methods work, call us.
Top
I can't dial up to the Internet with my Mac. What should I do?
Verify all cables are properly connected to your computer and make sure that the telephone line has a dial tone. If neither of these have helped, your computer will require some extra help and you need to call us.

Services Questions
If
I sign up for one of your dial-up plans, what happens if I go over the
hours?
We charge one cent per minute for any time you go over your plan
hours. If you find yourself continually going over your plan hours,
you should consider upgrading to the next plan. Top Why
do you limit the hours when other ISPs offer unlimited service? We
do this so our lines and ports are available to you when you want
them! Since we meter online time, our customers use their time
online wisely. At other ISPs, customers with unlimited plans may have a tendency to
"park" online and take up ports and lines that others can't use. Top Is
there a charge to change plans? We
don't charge anything to change your dial-up plans - upgrade or downgrade
at any time! Simply call
or email us with your request. Top How
can I change my password? Please
call or email us
to change your password. Top I'm
getting a lot of Spam mail, what can I do about it? We
have a Spam filter program that you can sign up for by simply filling out
an online form.
We'll start you out on a medium strength setting. If you still get
Spam we can strengthen the filter or if you aren't getting emails you want
we can weaken the filter. Top
